Hopefully in the year 2021 I, will be a successful dermatologist with my
             own clinic and lots of money to buy what ever I want. I also hope to have a beautiful wife
             and two children that I can raise the right way just like my parents raised me. In the next
             one-thousand two hundred and forty-six words I will be telling about what it will take to become
             a dermatologist and the advantages to being a well paid person like my future self.
             A dermatologist has many different duties and
             responsibilities which include treating and diagnosing skin
             conditions. I think that I need to give you some examples of
             what a dermatologist does and is responsible for to give you a
             better explanation of the career I am trying to talk about. Okay
             Have you ever had a rash on your skin? Or been exposed to the damaging rays of the sun
             and noticed a mole that looked a little suspicious? If so, you may have a good reason to see a
             dermatologist. Dermatologists are physicians who diagnose and treat patients with conditions
             such as disorders of the skin, mouth, hair, and nails. They also specialize in treating skin
             cancers, melanomas, moles, and other tumors of the skin. Dermatologists perform many
             specialized procedures for skin biopsy, patch tests, and microbiologic examinations of the skin.
             Along with these specialized areas, they educate people in the care of normal skin and the
             prevention of skin diseases and skin cancers. Dermatologists also perform techniques for
             cosmetic corrections such as chemical face peels, hair transplants, and laser surgery.
             I know that the duties that in the year 2021 I probably will be performing do not sound
             like the most pleasurable things to do. However, I do not think that they will bother me because
             of the fact that I am very interested in this field and also I think that the paychecks will make up
             for any discomforts that I may experience in the year 2021.
