When they got there, they took X-rays . Then the doctor pulled Mutt aside and told him that Mickey had a bone disease. He told Mutt that Mickey had what was called osteomyelitis. This was a bone infection that was in Mickey's ankle. It could be treated, but not cured. Mickey would always have this !
