I. How many of you are starting to get annoyed with the fact of people doing drugs, dying because of drugs and spend your money to clean up there dead bodies? This bill will fix this problem, it is not a complete solution but it is a way to work towards a solution. With this bill it will improve the fact that 77 million Americans have tried an illicit drug.
             II. There are to many drugs on the streets, anyone could buy a drug with there own lunch money. Over 80% of the increase federal prison population from 1985 to1995 was due to drug convictions. Now this bill will increase the jail population yet it will be keeping people safe and the future of this country safe. Drugs do not help this country, it only hurts us with people spending there money on buying drugs. If we pass this bill It will make people realize there is no purpose in buying drugs because it is to dangerouse.
             III. If we vote to start this bill this will take money away from the use of drugs and we can put it back into the place it needs to be, into schools. People spend to much money on drugs, this bill is another step to fixing the problem and it will end the drug war.
             IV. Vote for this bill and I promise it will make one big step towards ending this war. Do you want to continue with the way we are heading now 2,200 people killed by cocaine, 2,000 by heroin, 4,500 for any other illegal substance. This is why we need to get the drugs off the street and clean up the United States.
             V. We need you as congress man to take control of this horrendous action that we have in America and vote together and finally get rid of drugs in this nation and make a harsher punishment for drug possession.
