My favorite spring ritual is the vacations my family, friends and I take ever year. Every spring either me and my close friends or family take a vacation to a different place like in years past we've visited Bahamas, Cancun, Italy. I love going on different vacations every year the most because it gives me something to look forward to during the fall and winter.
             When I was younger my family and I would go to places like Florida, or California, to amusement parks and things like that. Now that I am older I can go to places with my friends like the Bahamas or Cancun and not have my parents worry if I'm ok or not. I enjoy going to places with my friends more than I do going with my family because it is much more fun to be with my friends. When I'm with my friends I can obviously do what I want but when I'm with my parents I do have fun but it's just not the same when I'm with my friends. Another great time was when my family and me were in Italy walking up and down a street well known for its food. The unbelievable smell of Italian food such as Spaghetti and meatballs with tomato sauce was great and something I just can't wait to get back to. Great moments like that make a trip worth it to see what its like in other countries.
             One of my favorite parts besides the actual trip itself though is the weeks leading up to the trip. It is just such anticipation that makes the trip as fun as it is because we get so anxious to go. Talking about it with my friends before we go just joking about all the fun we are going to have and all the things we are going to do. That's what makes the trip as fun as it is. Some other parts of the trip are indescribable, like last summer, on our way to the Bahamas flying over the South Atlantic Ocean right under Florida and seeing the crystal clear water. For someone who has lived in Boston his whole life seeing sights like that becomes priceles...
