In comparison to other over achieving nations, framework in education was general foundation. On a broad European scale, countries such as Britain, France, and Germany found each other in competition for math and science scores. Sweden for instance, tested in the 1980's and recently pulled above average testing levels.
             Hungry and Japan have outstanding arithmetic levels, however when it come to analysis of data Japan falls short. Hungarian teachers, currently spend more focus on literature due to the past low reading levels. Unfortunately, teachers get the blame for large percentages of student failure rating. In England students do poorly in math and in France, it is just the opposite. Much more time is spent in Japan, on the basics of arithmetic than on more general mathematical topics such as handling data. Luckily, the test does not focus on memory-based subjects such as history.
