On February 14, 2001, a group of sweet louvers sampled four different candy bars and later a survey were compiled in order to assess taste preferences. Among the sample candy-bars were Reeses', Mounds, Three Musketeers, and York peppermint patties. The majority of samplers preferred the Resses' or the Musketeer candy bars because of the chocolate and/or peanut-butter taste. Lorren Buck a senior states, " The Reeses' was eye bulging, fantastic, mouth watering for, and enough to make you scream. Mounds, Jessica stated, " was terrible and would prefer to take away the coconut ingredients. According to Mrs. Brown , "the York peppermint patty was alright-good for the tongue", he said. According to the other York peppermint patty samplers it was too minty. They loved the York's wrapper though, said it was easy to open and Mrs. Brown appreciated the manufacture for its Convenient wrapper. The group preferred Snickers, Kit-Kat, or Twix if given a choice of candy bar.
             When surveyed on the type of snacks preferred, surveys testified that humankind preferred sweet snacks, in place of salty snacks. Among the top sweet snacks the females craved Chocolate chip and Oreo's, whereas the males favored the Oreo's and Double O's. Moreover, among the salty snacks Ritz Bits crackers and Pretzels were ranked over the top between males and females.
             As a long-term and survey student at Tennessee State University, I feel that our vending machines
             should be jam-packed with the following snacks and candies: Reeses', Snickers, Payday, and Chocolate
             for the candies, as for the snacks - Chocolate-chip cookies, Oreo O's, Pretzels, and Ritz Bits crackers.
