3. Your local Federal Representative must ask the three most asked questions from his/ her local web chat line and vote the way the majority of his her constituency voted .
4. If less than 50% of the voters vote, then your local Federal Representative can make his her own decision.
5. Security checks will be used to prevent fraudulent voting such as:
a/ If two votes are registered on one voting number, it will automatically be canceled as an invalid vote.
b/ Each voter will only be allowed to vote from their home phone or a pre-approved phone number.
c/ A $1 charge will be charged to you for each vote you make. This will pay for this voting system and deter fraudulent voting .
d/Votes will be counted in your local constituency and checked against the registered voters list, then manually passed on to your M .P. The votes will also be passed on for a provincial count and then a national count, so the percent can be recorded for each region.
6.Each province will be recognized as a distinct society and can veto anything which directly affects it's people. The only exception will be concerning things which pertain to National Security or National Transportation Systems. It will take a majority vote by all eligible Canadian voters to change these Security issues.
7. Anyone can propose a New Bill for Parliament by doing the following:
(i) Getting a petition signed with one hundred signatures, addresses and accompanying phone numbers for verification purposes.
(ii) Presenting the petition to their local M. P.
(iii) Their M. P. will present it locally (e.g. local T. V. ) so that his/ her constituents can vote on it.
