When you love someone "as strong as death", and it is a love "many waters cannot quench" then you'll know you found the right one (song of songs 8:6-7). Then love will lead you to the commitment of marriage and you'll want to be with that person for the rest of your life. I believe marriage to be commitment between two people, no matter what sex. This commitment is one of unconditional love, support, loyalty, and friendship, bound by a legal union.
Unconditional love for one another is an absolute, complete love with an intense feeling of deep affection or fondness for each other. This love can be between any two people, no matter what sex. This unconditional love should last forever and even grow stronger in time. This love should be more than "I love you", but "I do", and want to be with you and love you forever.
Support is being able to provide each other with a home and the necessities of life, give strength to each other, and encouragement. They should support each other in hard times, sickness, health, and good times. And be able to provide each other with constant support and strength on a everyday basis. When new things are tried or things are bad they should give each other encouragement, that they can accomplish it or things will get better.
Loyalty is being true or faithful to one another as a duty, love or obligation. They should love each other and only each other, and not desire or be with any other. They should

It is to be one man and one woman, but no other combination, and "God created...male and female...and said to them, 'Be fruitful'", but only after the commitment of marriage (Genesis 1:27-28)
