On this campus there are many problems that affect many students. These problems can come from an academic or social aspect. One academic problem that affects students is foreign instructors who cannot speak good English. Many of these instructors are located in Kiah Hall. The main problem is that the students don't understand the teachers, and the teachers don't understand the instructors. There is not a clear line of communication. In the New Webster's Expanded Dictionary, communication is defined as "to share with others; to correspond". There can be many solutions to this problem.
             Teachers can be required to take an English speaking literacy course. This course can help them to speak better English. Teachers should take this course in order to be hired by the University. People may not like this idea, especially the teachers who would have to take the course. When people realize that this would cut down on the number miscommunications between students and teachers, they should be all for the notion.
             This course would also benefit students. Students should show improvements in their grades, especially their math and science grades. Students would be more excited about a class and feel more confident in their work and on their test and/or quizzes. Students would feel more confident because they would be in a more comfortable environment.
