             When it comes to bias or prejudice a witness can not bias or prejudice towards the police, another witness, or the defendant. Even your best friend or family can be seen as bias towards you and has to be cross examined and the jury must choose if your friend or family is being truthful or not. Racial prejudice can also be a big problem but this is only allowed in a case if there is more than one racial group in a case of if the witness is prejudice to his own race.
