any country is growing rapidly, and not only in the missile field, but also in the biological, chemical and nuclear fields which are more modernistic. The fact about that would be: "The Department of Defense estimates that as many as 26 nations may possess chemical agents and/or weapons and an addition of 12 may be seeking to develop them"("Backgrounder – Terrorism" 2). This threat requires more attention, because with time technology is growing. This issue needs to be taken care of as soon as possible. "The threat of a chemical or biological incident continues to grow and how you can be prepared is a critical issue"("Jane's Conferences" 2). Avoiding or preparing for a chemical threat, on my opinion is much easier that avoiding the treat of space satellite manufacturing or launch capabilities of a terrorist group. How do you think you can run away or hide from nuclear missile launched from space? This never happened, but people need to start thinking about that issue, because "with the space industry growing rapidly, keeping up with opportunities in the fast moving arena of manufacturing and production is critical"("Jane's Conferences" 2).
             Terrorism is a constantly growing problem, because of the attack fluency and destruction size. Terrorism acts or attacks happen internationally all over the world and present a greater then previously shown danger. For example, since the year 1996 there have been sixteen different terrorism acts, witch made Russia suffer financially, physically, mentally, and most importantly casualty numbers increase each time. The attacks began with knife stabbings, continued with shootings, then went into burning, to small car bombs, and now the most common type of terrorism in Russia is bombings of large residential buildings.
