             Another weakness in her communication skills is that Jackie jumps to conclusions before the speaker is finished. She tries to listen objectively to her co-workers and family, but there are times she believes she knows what the conclusion will be before the speaker ends his/her oration. For example, when a co-worker was talking about how something could be done, she jumped to the conclusion that it was being done wrong. This goes back to her practitioner pattern, where she is very critical about herself and takes things very personally.
             In order to improve herself, Jackie needs to take a step back and let her co-workers as well as her family finish their orations. She will need to write down things as individuals speak and when there is a break in the oration, make her observations and input.
