criminals

With all the crime in the world today, we have packed our prisons and jails with criminals. I think that these people are a waste of space, especially the ones on death row. They are like animals in cages. I don't pay tax money to keep animals alive an in custody so, why on earth should I have my taxes wasted on keeping these 'animals' alive? I don't care about then. However, I don't think that we should drag them out into the streets and shoot them. We should put them to use.
I have an idea; this one will kill two birds with one stone. We can deplete the number of criminals on death row and shut-up the people who are always picketing about animal rights, whining about how psychologists and doctors are always performing tests on animials that are unable to give consent. Complaining how they are helpless and we're hurting them.
If we take the criminals on death row to either a psychologist lab or medical lab, we would be able to perform experiments on them. We could test new make-up on these imprisoned men. They would actually begin to look good and we wouldn't have to use animals in the process. We could also do important tests for AIDS research on these criminals. If we just injected them with the HIV virus we could study how long and maybe what factors cause it to turn into AIDS. And we'd be able to experiment on what drugs work best at helping to conquer this deadly virus. Don't you all see how perfect this is? These monsters are already on death row, they're gonna die anyway, why not get some valuable information out of them first?
We would be getting them out of jail, we'd stop wasting taxpayer's money to keep them alive, and have more room for other criminals. We would also reap the benefits of doing different experiments. We'd know exactly how certain medicines would work on humans and not have to predict from what happened to a rat or a monkey or any other animal.
