ow could two groups of females, almost twenty years apart in their age, have so much in common when it comes to their sexuality? The June 15, 1998 edition of TIME magazine states that "American adolescents are in the midst of their own sexual revolution..." How and when did this so-called "revolution" being? Lets face it, kids today are growing up in a society where there is far more openness about sex than any other time in history. Mr. Edward Kennedy, chairperson of a high school Guidance Department, says, "Sex amongst adolescents is no longer a taboo, it's very much a part of their lives; they see it on TV, hear about it in song lyrics, it's in newspapers, magazines, billboards, it's everywhere." In a more controlled environment, sex is a topic of discussion in homes, churches, and schools.
