The June 15, 1998 edition of TIME magazine states that "American adolescents are in the midst of their own sexual revolution..." How and when did this so-called "revolution" being? Lets face it, kids today are growing up in a society where there is far more openness about sex than any other time in history. Mr. Edward Kennedy, chairperson of a high school Guidance Department, says, "Sex amongst adolescents is no longer a taboo, it's very much a part of their lives; they see it on TV, hear about it in song lyrics, it's in newspapers, magazines, billboards, it's everywhere."
