             Often feelings of severe anxiety and inadequacy are not clearly seen by others, making it hard to determine who is suffering and who is not. Therefore, you should not judge a person who you feel may have an eating disorder at first glance.
             A victim suffering from an eating disorder does not have to appear under, over, or average weight because eating disorders affect all types of people and all different body types. Listed here are some of the most noticeable symptoms of an eating disorder sufferer. Once again, it is important to note that these are only the most common symptoms, and just because you may know someone that displays one of these symptoms dos not mean that person is a victim.
             · Wearing big or baggy clothes.
             · Has a fear of eating with others.
             · Fatigue and poor sleeping habits.
             · Obsession with weight, complaining of weight problems (even if thin).
             · Worried about calories, fat grams, and weight, thus, restricting calorie intake.
             · Frequent trips to the bathroom immediately following meals.
             · Vague/Secretive about eating patterns.
             · Unusual eating habits such as shuffling food around on his/her plate to make it look eaten, cutting food into tiny pieces, or hiding food.
             · Pale or "gray" complexion.
             · Vomiting and sore throats, swollen glands.
             · Diet pill or laxative abuse.
