Girls are compared to boys in so many ways, when girl's basketball is an entirely different thing. The public's view of girl's basketball is nothing more than imitating men. In the U.S., high school girl's basketball struggles to attract interest. However, it has grown quite a bit in the past century or two. Despite the fact that women's teams have loyal fans, skilled coaches and talented athletes, who are also intelligent and well spoken, there exists a gap between the boys and girl's popularity and prestige. To survive, and more importantly, to become competitive with boy's basketball, girl's basketball must increase its exposure and revenue at all levels.
