The prechosen problem being investigated is "Eduaction on Values as a transversal of the Curricular Reformation". The goal is to know how reform can de developed in educational centers. I'll focus on the limitations and problems that are appearing in the teaching process. I'll determine what is correct and what is not by interviewing teachers, parents and students.
             The current investigation took place in the technical school of "Juan Abel Echeverria" high school in Latacunga- Cotopaxi. The information was obtained from several sources, some of which are Course Council, Parents Committees, high school Supervisors, teachers, Area Directors. They have all contributed to my research by participating as social actors and habitants of Eloy Alfaro community, which was the surveyed site. Teachers and students from different subjects were polled to obtain inquries that were used as investigation instruments. Additionally, some interviews and observation were recorded to get concrete data about intolerant facts.
             Furthermore, I have noted that there is a lot still to do to improve our eduactioal system. Authorities, teachers, and students are the ones that will benefit form this project. Some acts should be planned to develop good relationships between teachers and authorities. Trying to solve the problems at home and knowing are students better will help imporve the quality of their lives.
             Values are indispensable in our lives. They influence our decisions and they help us become better people. Nowadays, we live in an aggressive chaotic society. We face violece daily, which cripples productive eduaction. Our vaules are also affected by this problem. Families are in trouble becuase of emigration. Parents are leaving their children alone. As a result, young people turn to alcohol. In fact, older siblings act as authoritive figues. This causes a devasting social problem that worries all of us. ...
