In the essay "Professions for Women," Virginia Woolf
             writes that gender profiling can destroy a woman's success

             Parents," he was asked what occupation is he in. He said in
             the medical field. Everyone thought that he was a doctor;
             nevertheless, that he was a nurse. People think of nurses
             as being someone of womanly figure. Since nurses are gentle
             people, who are out there for your best care. People think
             of men to be mean and can not be gentle and caring as women
