Jobs are different and varies with many people. Most people like the jobs, most of them not. Some of them quit because of the management system. I read in weekly magazine last week that 91% of people quit their job because of management. Well I had only 1 job in my whole life and I like it verymuch. My best job is when I worked in bank of america.

Allows full-time associates to volunteer up to two hours per week of paid time in public or private schools (through grade 12).
             Third, the best thing I like about bank of america is Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that is the Bank is designed to provide associates with confidential, short-term counseling for problems involving stress, family, mental health and alcohol or drug abuse.
