             As per the autobiography of Heinrich, written when he was sixty-six, "...it was never the desire of my late parents that I should follow music as a profession, either at the time or later on..."(SL&W45). So as per the wishes of his parents at the time he lost his soprano voice, Heinrich would leave the Collegium to study at the University of Marburg.
