In this novel certain animals play different roles in the society of animals, I am going to describe the following animals: Boxer, Napoleon, Snowball, the dogs and Moses. Each of these animals are significant towards the theme, I will also depict their human counterpart and how they represent that certain group.

Napoleon often took advantage of Boxers loyalty and later on Boxer became so devoted to his leader, his slogan became "Napoleon is always right." Although Boxer was an inspiration to the other animals, when he got old, the man he devoted all of his loyalty and hard work to, Napoleon sold him to some humans and he was made into glue.
