"One trait rises clearly above the rest for those who are successful leaders."
             I chose this article on the Internet because it gave me insight on what is required to be a leader, no matter a leader of a basketball team, a small business manager or the leader of a nation.
             Leader means a person or thing that lead a few or groups of people. Because of that, leader's job is to communicate with people to achieve the goals. In this article, I learned that even in a small business, being a leader wouldn't be an easy task. For example, employees want supportive, inspiring and exhilarating place to work, they want to know what their job is, given the resources to get it done, understand leader's expectations and then be given the free rein to perform. All the task that were listed were extremely hark task for a leader. But the most difficult task will be making the employees meeting the expectation from the leaders. Some business will choose to give speech to the employee a few times during a year, but since the business was not own by the employees, motivation will be lost over time or may be it's just never exist among the employees. Therefore the speech given by leaders to motivate employees will be important. But different leaders had different traits in speech, so most of the time; the difference in trait among leaders will determine the good or bad of the business.
             In conclusion, in this article, I learned different trait of different leaders would make a strong influence on the people's motivation that follows him. In the other hand, that determine the people will keep on follow him or not and successfulness of the leader.
