A review of the circumstances of the world in that time will indicate that these conditions were favorable for the growth of imperialism. The imperialist countries took advantage of these conditions and established their power over many colonies. Some of the factors that supported imperialism are the demands created by the Industrial Revolution, the improvement in transport and communication, the extreme nationalism, and the civilizing mission (Mehta D, 2001). Some scholars frequently associate imperialism with the economic expansion after 1870. Imperialism is sometimes used interchangeably with colonialism, which implies formal political control, involving territorial annexation, and loss of sovereignty (Chris Talbot, 1999). However, mainly, imperialism refers to control or influence that is exercised economically, politically, culturally, or militarily. Therefore, different motives reveal different methods of imperialism among particular cause and effect relationship of the colonized and colonialist countries. These motives and methods could be specified under four main titles, which are economic, political, military and cultural.
             First of all the economic side takes the biggest part in Imperialism. The great powers of the world was motivated to dominate smaller countries by the need to expand their economies, to acquire raw materials and additional sources of labor, or to find outlets for surplus capital and markets for surplus goods.
