When Stress is Used Destructively

When stress is used destructively, people can get hurt or even killed. Take for instance your workplace, school, or home. If someone is stressed out and goes to work not knowing how to manage their stress, they could lose their job. That person could say something out of line to their boss or co-worker. They could turn around and use this stress destructively. He or she might bring a gun to their job and hurt or kill innocent people and maybe even themselves.
A student goes to school and everyday the other kids tease him. This student gets stressed out and doesn't seek the help of anyone else. Days go by and more and more the student feels as if he can't take it anymore. He or she chooses to use their stress destructively. They bring a weapon to school and a disaster occurs.
Many people are stressed and have families to feed. A married couple is going through some financial hardship. Both the husband and wife are trying to find a way to make things better. Time goes by and things don't seem to be getting any better. Every night the couple argues about their money trouble. The stressed out husband decides to use his stress destructively. He tries to rob a bank and gets caught by the police. The bottom line is any time stress is used destructively; nothing positive comes out of it. This is true at work, school, home, or anywhere else.
