Ender's Game

             Ender's Game takes place in the future on earth and in space. Years ago aliens called buggers invaded earth and nearly destroyed the human race, soon after the war the government started to train ultra advanced "super-humans" that would be able to lead an invasion on the bugger home world. They used games to train them for combat, and everything was much more technologically advanced than today. The Wiggin family was one of the more promising families with a superior minded child in it. The law permitted that each family could only have two children, but the Wiggin family had three. The government allowed them to have three children because the first two were amazingly intelligent.
             The first child, Valentine, was ten, and was extremely smart and talented, but she was too kind and timid to be a commander that would one day conquer another civilization. The second child, Peter, was eight, and was possibly smarter than Valentine but did not put his intelligence to good use. He was wild and crazy. For example, he would torture animals and threaten to kill people. The military could not put so much power in the hands of a psychopath. The third child, Andrew (Ender was his nickname) was six and, seemed to be a mix between Valentine and Peter. He was an average sized boy with short brown hair and blue eyes. Ender and Valentine got along well, but they both had to pretend to be Peter's friend and loving sibling.
             In Enders time, at the age of three, children would have a monitor put into their body so government officials could monitor everything they feel, see, hear, think, or do. They would leave it in for two or three years. When Ender had his removed, there were complications and he had a seizure. Everyone threatened to beat him now that no one was watching him.
