Problem solving essay

It's another Monday morning in the first week of February; I leave home at 7:30 A.M. hoping to arrive on time to my 8 A.M. Anatomy class. As soon as I get off the freeway and onto Ocean Avenue the cars are already lined up to get into the reservoir. For example the parking spaces by the library, Art building and Conlon Hall should be for students who are only going to be on campus for about an hour or less. The first reservoir would be for one to three hours of parking, and the second reservoir would be for those who are going to be on campus for three or more hours.
Off hand, this seems like a well thought out idea but one drawback would be that hiring an attendant wait at the entrance areas to give the student a parking stub that says what t...
