This book is very significant and important because this was the only book that I found to be very interesting. I got hooked up to this book and could'nt put it down once I started reading it. This book had some funny frases and lines, and it was also very intense. this was the only book that I enjoyed reading, and actually finished eventhough reading is not one of my major interests. I picked this book because the name Stephen King clicked on my mind, and about the way he rights, which I think makes it easier for people to understand. This book gives you the idea of how people react when they become addicted to drinking. In this case Jack starts daydreaming about killing his son because he thinks he is the cause of all these problems that they are having. Some of the lines, and frases in this book are hilarious. The most important part was that I dedicated my time in something that I felt was borring, but eventually I was able to understand what the book was all about, and it made me feel that I had accomplished something good.
