Romeo and Juliet meet and fall in love but they weren't aloud to love each other because of their names. When they first meet Tybalt sees Rome eyeing Juliet at the Capulet party and he gets angry he wants to throw him out but lord Capulet wont allow it because he doesn't want Tybalt to make a scene and ruin the party.
