             The question we aim to answer in the report is 'How will the areas of accounting and information systems jobs evolve and how do we aim to meet the criteria for these jobs.' This report is structured in accordance with the following format. Under the heading of background and context, we go through the reasons and learning outcomes that are gained from completing this project report. The process of scenario planning is given more consideration under the heading of methodology. Next we discuss the situation we are presented with, and how scenario planning can be used to assist in finding the answers we are looking for.
             The activity involves going through the following steps. First we are to define a sharper version of the question addressed that is more relevant to our situation. Then we have to identify the main factors and relationships involved in the situation. In doing this we are to consider the driving forces behind these changes and then determine what role they can play in achieving our objectives. Four scenarios are developed from what we expect employers will demand from workers. Using a number of sources each of the four scenarios will be explained in detail along with any evidence of the assumptions made. Afterwards a strategic plan will be devised towards meeting these requirements as mentioned in the scenarios.
