People that
             smoke marijuana are generally just having fun and they are not a threat to others. Plus, if
             marijuana were to be legalized, crime rates would drop a lot because there are many
             instances where people are caught with small amounts of marijuana and are put in jail for a
             long time. Legalizing it would make the crime rate drop because there would be less time
             spend catching people that have marijuana and those police could be doing other things
             like catching actual bad people that are harmful to the public. I recently heard on the radio
             there was a guy who was caught three times with very small amounts of weed that was
             worth no more than 50 dollars each time, but when he was caught a third
