Queen Victoria

            Even though there have been great monarchs throughout history, but the best monarch of all times was a remarkable woman, Queen Victoria. First, Britain's greatest age expansion was during Victoria's reign. Second, she was able to keep her country almost free of war. Finally, she showed many great qualities.
             The greatest years of the British expansion was when Queen Victoria sat on the English throne. First, Britain started to expand industrially by having many trading partners that Victoria has made. Then, because of this, Britain started to grow economically, which made the British Empire very strong. Eventually, Britain doubled in size, ruling an empire that included countries in every continent; and over a quarter of the human race lived under the British flag.
             Because of Britain doubling in size, it was almost free of war. This was something most of the other monarchs were not capable of achieving. Before achieving this, she had made a lot of effort in making connections with other European countries, with the help of her children. Later on, Queen Victoria was related to the royal houses of Germany, Russia, Greece, Rumania, Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Belgium. As a result, Britain succeeded in avoiding any conflicts with the exception of only three.
             During these experiences, Queen Victoria started to possess many great qualities that are worthwhile for other people to learn about. Throughout these times, she has shown great leadership by inspiring the government on many situations. At that same time, she also had donated money to the poor, which helped them out of economic depressions. Because of her donations, there was a ten percent decrease of poverty in Britain.
             Queen Victoria has proven to be the best monarch and character of all times. She led Great Britain to its great ages of expansion while keeping Britain almost free of war. Besides that, she possessed many excellent qualities. ...
