Our society has changed in many ways through out the years. Some ways that our society has changed is in technology, racism, life style and many other ways. A big change through out the years is parenthood. Three out of five children do not have both parents and one out of three if adopted. Many people believe that it is not a positive idea for single adults to adopt a child. Should single adults be allowed to adopt children? Yes, single adults be allowed to adopt children for these simple reasons. Some people can not have kids for health problems. Many of those have good intensions in adopting a kid because they need a child in their life. They have the need to be a parent and to have the love of a child just like any other parent. The joy of been a parent is impossible to describe in words. A child with out a parent is not happy. Children need somebody to guide them in their childhood. They need a parent that is going to teach them the basic early rules of been a good children. A child without a parent doesn't have the love of a mother and by been without this love, a child is not happy. If he/she grows up without a parent, he/she will have in their life a foundation that will guide them to think that life is not worth and it doesn't have a meaning. In many cases, this thought leads children to commit suicide. Single parents can provide a stable home for those children that do not have a mom or dad. Children need to have a better life. Children will have a better foundation about what life is about. A child with a better home will feel more secure. A better home will provide more attention to this child, which will make a huge difference later in his/her life. A single parent should be allowed to adopt child because it will make a mammoth difference in the child's' life and in society also.
