Feminism, in my perspective should consist of the promoting of equality, respect, and justice. In respects of our Christian faith, I find myself battling with this issue due to scripture found in the bible compared to how we live today. I believe that there are Christians who have their own views of what role women play at home and in the church. This is a very controversial issue; however, I'd like to share my personal thoughts and feelings.
             The article asks the question, "When does feminism become radical?" There are four points that are discussed in this article. I found each of the points to be very important, however, the first one I found to be very essential for women. Yes, there are women who have been victimized by men. A natural reflex for these victimized women would be to hate the man who violated them in whatever way. Sometimes women escalate their hate for that one man to hating all men. I remember a sermon preach a long time ago stating the fact that if you have hate towards any person, you are considered a murderer. We should be able to forgive according to God's Word. Women should definitely be reminded of this, while keeping their focus on God.
             The second question asks, "Should women serve as ministers?" I strongly feel that women should because they can bring a whole different aspect into the ministry. Women are very different from men, not only physically, but most importantly emotionally. Both women and men can benefit from a women minister. A man can learn, see and perhaps feel how women view the world and the Word of God. Women can benefit in the sense that a woman minister knows a woman's cry, struggles, and needs in life. I believer this is a necessary asset to God's Kingdom.
             There are so many arguments and controversies in Christianity that may never be solved or answered. I believe that if we just abide by His Word and seek Him for all things,...
