The people against abortion say "its the same as murder. A fetus has the same moral rights as a woman. Why? Because, as soon as a fetus is conceived, it is a live human person. Therefore, abortion is the same as murder". Of course, as soon as an egg is fertilized, there is life: the fetus can become a person after many stages. This would keep reminding her for the rest of her life, of the violence committed against her and would just increase her mental anguish. It is reasoned that the value of the woman's mental health is greater than the value of the fetus.
