Technology and communication have grown because of the evolution of computers. Now, people are able to receive broad and various information on the Net. As the number of population on the web increase, an interesting issue regarding whether pornography on the net without censor is an harmful act to the society. Since almost half of the Internet viewers were under-age teenagers or children, the matures fear that it might cause them to have the wrong perception toward sex and install misleading ideas toward them. They insist that pornography should be banned and never shall it be accessible on the Net. On the contrary, another group of people think that government should not censor pornography. They believe that pornography shouldn¡t be creating such kind of great harm if it¡s under the right control. They believe that they have the right to show it on the Net.
             From my point of view, I felt that pornography should not be censored by the government, but obtainable only by the mature. I felt that pornography should only be accessible by legal verification systems, such as age checking or ID checking. Censoring pornography offends people¡s freedom of speech.. They should be able to put on the web whatever they feel like under the condition of not offending or affecting other people¡s right or freedom. Thus, I view the censorship of pornography on the Internet as a false action.
             I support that pornography should not be censored also because of other reasons. The main reason is because of the Confucius¡ theory (Asia) on people. Confucius insist that ¡§sex is an essential to people.¡ I deeply believe in what he said. Since there have been people, there has been sex. Pornography is not a harm nor a crime by nature.
