It seems my managers feel that they are members of an elite group who share a secret and those outside their circle have not earned the right to know this secret. To me this is very frustrating. Every Monday I am responsible for sending out four separate reports to six people within our company. Much of the information on these reports is the same, maybe one has a little more, one a little less, but for the most part they share the same information. More then one of these reports goes to those six people, meaning, one person may get 3 of the said reports which essentially contain the same information. None of these people work in my office but instead they are in Dallas, Los Angeles, and Seattle. The only thing I can tell you beyond my preparing the reports each week is that all of these six people then prepare their own reports based on the information I provide.
