Romeo and Juliet

The novel of 'Romeo and Juliet' written by William Shakespeare is not just a novel on love but is about consequences concerning the hatred of the two families the Montagues and the Capulets.
In the novel Friar Lawrence, who is a priest, came up with a plan to help stop the fighting between the two families. Friar Lawrence's plan came to him when young Romeo who is the son of Lord Montague approached Friar and asked him to wed Romeo and Juliet, the only child of the Capulets. Friar Lawrence knew that if his plan had worked Romeo and Juliet's love for one another would be strong enough to break the argument up and then Friar would get all of the credit as because he was the one that married the young couple. So he thought.
Throughout the text, Romeo and Juliet both have premonitions about one another's future together. It was lead to believe that this was some kind of warning from destiny telling them that if they stay together there will be a lot of trouble coming their way.
Shortly after the wedding of Romeo and Juliet there is a fight between the Montague and the Capulet boys, firstly Mercutio and Tybalt, a cousin of Juliet's, fight because Tybalt wants to fight Romeo. Tybalt then starts on Mercutio as Romeo is not there and Mercutio is stirring Tybalt up. When Romeo finally arrives, he tries to sort everything out as he does not want to fight as Tybalt and Romeo are now related due to the wedding. Tybalt continues to fight and in the end he kills Mercutio. Seeking revenge after the death of his best friend Mercutio, Romeo goes after Tybalt and kills him because he just wants to get back at him.
After realizing what Romeo has done he soon realizes that what is happened is caused by fate and Romeo states "O, I am Fortune's fool!" this quote is in Act 3, Scene 1. This quote means Romeo is saying that fate is playing with Juliet and his future together.
