             Improving the workplace and efficiency of your company on a day to day basis is the cornerstone of every company's growth. If the company remains set in their ways then the company will remain stuck in mediocrity and never reach its full potential. What most companies fail to realize is that the employees of the company are their most important assets. Without the employees, the company cannot operate. All employees need to be motivated and reminded of their importance routinely. Goals of the company need to be crystal clear from the CEO down to the hourly workers. Each employee has a role in the company, which needs to be well defined. Lines of communication throughout the company need to remain free and open at all times. In a company everything is a chain reaction, and when lines of communication break down between managers and employees, workers become disgruntled and agitated and produce a sub-standard product. This results in less money for the company and less money for the employees. There are several ways to tweak and change your workplace to run smoother. The key is having motivated and eager employees who want to come to their job and work to advance their part in the company. This is how the company will live up to its full potential.
             The success of any area of a business can almost always be traced back to motivated employees. From productivity and profitability to recruiting, hardworking and happy employees lead to triumph.
