Inappropriate

             Arrogance and lack of respect, the two most publicly displayed attributes of a teenager. It is the beginning of a great evening as we sit down for a night at the movie theater. A new release that is sure to be nominated for some kind of movie award at the end of the year. As we move our way into the crowded theater we see that it is rather full and we have to resort for the few rows in the front of the theater. As if it couldn't be any worse stuck in the front rows a few loud male teenagers move their way into the theater. With their hair slicked back like it had been soaked in a bucket of Crisco and a scent of strong cheap cologne that could have made a skunk smell like roses, the teenagers begin to make their move to the three vacant seats in front of us in the full theater.
             The previews have begun to flash on the big screen and the rest of the audience there to watch the movie has gotten extremely quiet and settled into the seats, the whole audience except the three young men that have seated themselves directly in front of my partner and me. As if it were a school social event the three boys started waving their arms and yelling towards some people in the audience. "Shh's" begin to arise from the crowd and in an act of adalescence the three showed no sign of restraining from the actions in which they were engaging in. The crowd, as the incedent continued, began to grow much more harsh against the youngsters. It sounded as if we were sitting at a baseball game in the ninth inning as heckles began to be shouted, " Sit down and shut up you young punk" and "Act your own age" were a few of the common phrases now growing from the once calm audience. Still acting as if they were in the fifth grade, the boys began making faces at the hecklers and memicking the words that were being said as they turned back towards the screen still hollering.
