Cloning

             To some people the word "cloning" is a frightening thig. Cloning is the scientists of the world new quest. It is taking a cell from something and making the exact same thing that the cell came from. There are many things that cloning can do that would sound like it could help. Then there are things about cloning that sound like it could destroy the world. Is cloning going to be ok and stay where it'd at? Or is it going to far when they finally clone a human being.
             Cloning has been around for a while. For a long time scientist have played with mice and tried to clone them. And for a long time they were unsuccessful. Finally, they try to clone another mammal which happened to be a sheep. They tried around three hundred times before they were successful. They named the sheep Dolly. It was instantly all over the news. Everyone knew that a sheep had been cloned. Some were in aw at our developing technology, and some were in shock and fear at to what was to come next.
             Cloning could come very useful to the world. Cloning could be used to make better breed of cows and pigs for us to harvest. They could come with fewer diseases and produce better milk or meat for us to use. They could make pets that live longer so you don't have to worry about your dog's health and just enjoy its company. Cloning doesn't sound like such a bad idea when it comes to animal but, when it comes to humans it's a different story.
             Just the thought of a human being cloned scares most people. What would you do if you saw yourself walk by youself on the street? What if the government got your DNA and started a whole army! If it took hundreds upon hundreds of time to get a sheep to be cloned think of how many unborn children could die because something went wrong. Also think about if they are born. Will they live like normal humans? What if they are fine when they are born but later become sick with some disease caused by the fact that they were made? Do
