The hardest experience I have ever had to face is moving my senior. The move my senior was exceptionally hard for a number of reasons. Some of the reasons the move was so hard had to do with leaving my school. Another reason the move was difficult was the fact of leaving all my friends. The reason for the move was economical. If we did nit move to Texas then my father would not get the promotion needed so that he could help pay for college.
This move to Texas was hard for me because I had to leave a school that was so dear to my heart. I have attended Leesvile High School for three years and was making good grades. I was in the top twenty-five percentile of my class and was expected to graduate with honors had I stayed my senior year. The move to Texas was in my mind was unfortunate, but I also viewed it as a learning opportunity. The school that I am currently attending is a bigger and a more advanced school academically. For this I am grateful because my educational background is now broadened.
Another aspect of the move that was a difficult experience to me was the leaving of my friends. We were all very close and would do anything for each other. This was exceptionally hard. Being a military child is not an easy life. I have left many friends in the past due to other moves but I had not formed bonds as strong as these ones. My friends and I had seen many hardships, sat through personal problems, and even dealt with emergencies and triumphed over them all. My last day at our old duty station was filled with sorrow and even glee. None of us wanted to see another get separated. On the other hand one of us got to see another part of the world even if it was only a state away. Leaving can be compared to most accurately as falling of a bicycle.
