             To start with the first argument, according to Rousseau; there is only one contract in the state and any other private contracts would be counted as particular acts which are against laws, therefore they would be illegitimate. The social contract is made due to the decisions and choices of the majority which means, they have decided for the whole society and everybody has to obey what the majority chose. This shows that there is only one effective contract in the society as also Rousseau claims; " There is only one contract in the state, it is that of the association; and that one by itself excludes any other. It would be impossible to imagine any other public contract that would not violate the first one." ( Rousseau's Political Writings,BookIII,chp.16, p.146)
             With respect to Rousseau's social contract, whenever minorities would make a private contract and their own laws, it would be seen as an illegitimate act because majority would think that those acts would damage their own bond among the social contract. Rousseau explained
