Difference between Vy and Me

Is there any difference between my classmate Vy and I? After talking to him I found he is different from me in three main ways. We are different by culture, religion and education.

It is not allowed to sale or drink alcohol in Bangladesh, as the majority of its people are Muslim. So I don't drink. On the other hand Vy is a South Vietnamese boy and brought up there. Buddhism only deals with spiritual things not with other matters about human life. That's why Vy is not bound by any rules by his religion. He can do, eat and drink whatever he likes. He goes to pagoda April 15th and August 15th, as it is mandatory. Every 15th day of a month he eats only vegetables.
