#1. What I see as McDonalds biggest problem is that
they haven't been able to get the babyboomers to keep
eating at fast food restaurants. Most older people can go
eat a almost home cooked meal at almost the same price
elsewhere. McDonalds needs to come up with something
that the baby boomers want to leave the house for,
because studies show that baby boomers aren't eating out

were the first fast food restaurant that came through.
People usually don't like change and since McDonalds

is a world wide company and they were the first also

about equal. Some of the strengths is you will have a
fresher burger or chicken sandwich that's not just being
