Everybody probably knows how important the relation between consumers and the producer is. Not only with the consumer but also with the employees. Creating a friendly environment would increase the moral of the employees and would lead to better and also high quaility products. As written in the article by Brian Cronin published on 26, August 2002. An article mentionning about trust saying that: giving employess an ownership stake can build an unusual level of mutual respect. This is an easy way of dealing with employees. Once you get their trust a special bond occurs between the workers and the owner. A bond not easily broken. Lots of companies thinking that trust, integrity, and fairness does not matter are now changing their minds. They have learnt that it is playing a vital role in the relation between the customers and the employees. Once a company gains the trust of the consumers it will be very hard for the people to pick another product produced from another company. After gaining the trust it is almost guaranteed that your level of salery will increse. At the past the importance of trust was not understood by many companies. The general thought was that the best product would be sold the best. Eventhough it is like that today too the factor of gaining the trust effects the results. For example: Anyone who goes to a grocery willing to buy a banana would buy the one labeled "Tchiquita" the famous brandname for bananas not a usual one.Ofcourse there can be exceptions but the brandname "Tchiquita" gives a confidence to the consumer and makes him/her think that this company has high quality fruits.
To sum up I can say that the role of gaining trust, integrity and fairness is vital in the business and is a factor effecting the level of salery positively. It creates a confident place for employees and increases their level of input.
