Stress

             Many factors contribute in causing stress which effect people in many different ways. Almost everyone has gone through some type of stress and knows that it is not the most pleasant thing. Friends, school, parents, and money are a few of the things that cause people to feel this type of anxiety we call stress. The weight you feel when going through this leads to many different things. One is left with unease, constant concern, restlessness, and depression, to name a few of the effects. Going through different types of pressures leaves you feeling held down, and worried. As you can see, without the foundation of these certain problems, the effects, which are often the bigger problem, would not be present.
             Many different things come into play in order to cause stress. The feeling of weight or pressure from various places will lead to this emotion of anxiety. Although often the release of stress, friends tend to play a major role in the cause of stress of many teens. School is also another major cause of stress. Along with grades, many times professors cause students to feel this unneeded tension. Homework is also another cause when students feel they have too many responsibilities to handle. Parents do not usually help the constant worry as they are often another reason for stress. The "nagging", rules, and fear of consequences from parents turns teens to feeling apprehension. Aside from parents, money is also another key component in causing stress. Debt from school, car, mortgage, or even credit card payments supplies people with the feeling of "heaviness" and pressure. An obvious cure for debt would be to get a job. Often times one will find that most stress comes from the job itself. Needing a raise in pay or problems with a boss or manager will cause anyone the feeling of a constant worry.
             After the causes come into play, the effects appear, often which are more difficult to deal with. ...
