Advocare is a company that produces over 76 different products that aid in health care ranging anywhere from loosing weight to mental sharpness. The article I am reporting about came out of the October 2001 edition of the Advocare "Power Trends" magazine. I chose this particular article because I am a firm believer that Advocare products are the best in the world!
