             When a person who does not speak good English or does not understand it properly signs a contract, the legal system, if needed, can be used to stop that contract. For example a contract has a lot of technical and legal language that is hard to translate and so the person signing the contract cannot fully understand it. To prevent this the legal system has ruled that contracts should be: written in plain English, the person drafting the contract is responsible for the borrower to fully understand the contract, if a borrower appeals after signing a contract that is unclear the courts will rule in favour of the borrower, the main provisions should be summarized on the front page and there should be a three day period where the borrower can withdraw the contract.
