Leadership

A leadership is someone that does different things and other people are following you. For example, if you start to talk about people behind their backs, other friends follow your example because they think that you are cool, so they want to be cool too. Another example is that if you are nice to everybody, people see that in you, and they think that it is good to be a good person, so they try to be someone like you. Sometimes they don't show it that they follow your example, you just have to notice that yourself.
I chose to write about leadership at home, at school and with friends because I felt that I was a positive influence on all three.
During arguments with my parents I make the decision to remain quiet and ignore the situation. My parents follow my example by doing the same. For example, when my mother asks me a lot of questions about what I'm doing at school, or how I'm feeling, I get annoyed at her because she asks me the same questions every day.
She gets annoyed too because I don't answer the questions that she asks me every day. To bring the argument to an end, I continue on with my homework or using the computer for fun, in order to avoid a serious argument. She follows my example by ignoring me and leaving the room.
Later, we both have forgotten the situation. When I have an argument with my father, about anything, I just pretend that I don't hear anything of what he is saying, because if I don't do that, then the situation would become more serious and out of control.
I feel that I'm a leader at school because I show respect to the teachers and to my peers. For example, when I have problems I go to Mrs. Shank for advice because I feel that I can trust her very much and also because we become really close friends.
So, some of my friends went to her to talk about their problems too, because they saw that I trusted Mrs. Shank not to tell anyone else about what we discuss...
