Fat has been a matter of huge media interest lately. This is extremely common and increasing problem for all age groups in western society. Many models, movie stars, and some dancer have fear of being overweight (obesity). Some people even don't even eat proper diet in order to stay healthy. I have the same fear of being overweight. I am more concern about the fat around my abdomen than little love handles. By doing this sometimes I turn in to little sick as a puppy.
First of all, when I am home during weekend I become so picky, because when ever my husband cooks I will tell him this is too fatty and this is not the healthy food, bla.. bla.. bla.. Once in while he listens to me but there are times when I am not around and he will cook the food with lots of oil and cheese. He loves cheese. When I am home alone then I will cook for myself instated of eating junk food. Sometimes I do eat junk food, which doesn't contain lots of fat like pretzels, plain nacho chips, and yogurt. When I think about the chocolate, my mouth gets flooded with the water but I avoid eating it. However when holidays comes such as the Charismas, the Halloween, I get lots of candy so I can't stop myself and I eat some chocolate. To maintain my fat I do lots of cleaning in the house and I also do some gardening too. I clean my tile floor with the hand mop so my abdomen muscles get strong and I get some exercise. I always drink lots of water because water keeps my body system clean.
I love to go friends and family gathering. I never miss this gathering but I do try to avoid eating at the parties. I rather drink diet soft drink than beer because beer makes me fat. I always try to runway from the chips and dips. I will eat nachos chips, which doesn't contain any fat. At the parties they never forgets to serve the cheese sticks. I love the cheese sticks, but I avoid eating the cheese sticks because I believe that the chesses stick contains fat on
